Why Certify?

The Staffing Professional (SP) and Staffing Leader (SL) designation was introduced in 2008 to provide training and create an objective measure of the experience, knowledge, and integrity that is necessary to conduct critical staffing work.

The core curriculum for the SP has been developed and updated, and it outlines concepts that all staffing professionals should master. Re-certification and review materials and examinations are offered on these topics. Materials for the SL will be available in the spring 2009.

Each person who completes the requirements is expected to operate in an independent, competent, and professional manner.
