Our History

The Staffing Institute was founded to address two principles:

  1. Staffing certifications are important. They affirm a level of expertise and confidence in a very dynamic, demanding and critical profession.
  2. Achieving optimum and sustained staffing performance requires accessible, useful and continually updated and augmented information and resources.

Mission

To help professionals, leaders and organizations optimize their staffing performance by providing accessible, useful information through a process of relentless improvement.

Objectives

  1. Codify and maintain staffing body of knowledge.
  2. Provide organizations with surety that their staffing professionals and leaders have the information to do staffing right.
  3. Certify the knowledge level of staffing professionals and leaders.
  4. Promote measured staffing excellence.

Underwriters

The Staffing Institute is underwritten by a select group of organizations that unequivocally committed to the mission, objectives, and governance of the Staffing Institute.
