In the last nine months staffing has been shocked and faced the greatest challenges since it became a bona fide profession.

Unfortunately, more shock and challenges are likely to come.  In addition to continuing economic challenges, many of us are going to have to deal with StopStarbucks.com like initiatives and probably the Employees Freedom of “Choice” Act.

Here are six tips to help staffing professionals and employers prepare for the shock and face the challenges:
