Certifications

The Staffing Professional (SP) designation were introduced in 2008 to provide training and create an objective measure of the experience, knowledge, and integrity that is necessary to conduct critical staffing work.

The core curriculum for the SP has been developed and updated, and is approved for 3 (General ) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification by the HR Certification Institute. The SP curriculum outlines concepts that all staffing professionals should master.

Each person who completes the requirements is expected to operate in an independent, competent, and professional manner.
